In order to lose weight and increase muscle tone here at Idealbody4life we believe that the workout plan should cover all aspects of fitness. Thus during our group classes we offer resistance training, boxing, pilates as well as cardio drills.
In order to provide further motivation to our clients, Idealbody4life is currently offering 5 free personal training sessions to any client who will lose 5 kilos in 5 weeks.
As part of the training strategy we recommend 4 training sessions a week, which will include 2 personal training sessions. Idealbody4life personal training team will arrange an easy to follow workout plan, which will be provided to the clients when not trained by the personal trainer.
